Stoneymollan Luxury Pods Loch Lomond is a family run business in a very beautiful part of Scotland surrounded by nature and breathtaking landscapes. Enjoy and explore this beautiful place and it’s surrounding area in one of our two luxury glamping pods, one with hot tub and the other with sauna.
Our pods are situated in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park just a mile or so from Balloch, on the edge of Stoneymollan Muir. They are surrounded by open fields, Muirland and woods on the Three Lochs Way and The John Muir Way walking trails.
We have panoramic views to the Loch, The Connich Hill on the east side of the Loch, The Ochil Hills, The Kilpatrick Hills, The Crianlarich Hills and The Crieff and Loch Earn Hills.
In the Autumn and Winter when the trees drop their leaves, Inch Murrin and Ben Lomond are clearly visible.
While the pods offer a very quiet elevated position with no neighbours (besides the owners, of course), they also benefit from easy access to local amenities in the nearby town of Balloch.
The Pods
Our pods ‘Holly’ and ‘Juniper’ are fully equipped and insulated, can easily accommodate up to two adults and two children or four adults with ample and cosy living space. Each pod is equipped with the following:

- Microwave
- Kitchen table and four chairs
- Double bed
- Underfloor heating
- Sofa bed
- Duvets and pillows
We also provide bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a starter pack, a small torch, and a small first aid kit. In our pod, you’ll also find all the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery, pots and glasses.
Outside
Hot tub and Sauna:
Juniper Pod has private use of hot tub, and Holly Pod private use of sauna.
Decking area: each pod has a decking area with a barbecue and a table and chairs, picnic table and bench.
